    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a 12-month contract Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Oakville location.



    This position is responsible for managing the customer experience by providing critical customer service and sales support for both our Pool and Industrial product lines.   You will work closely with our dealer and distributor network, and provide a liaison role with internal sales and operational departments.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

    • Generate sales orders in AS400 system for new Purchase Orders
    • Respond promptly to a high volume of phone an email inquiries; in both French and English
    • Manage assigned accounts to ensure that commitments are met
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of special promotions and customer pricing programs
    • Process Return Goods Authorizations for customers
    • Generate credit notes as required for pricing or warranty considerations
    • Process warranty returns
    • Resolve shipment discrepancies with carriers
    • Provide product information to both dealers and homeowners
    • Coordinate customer requirements with the operations, shipping, and sales teams
    • Other duties as assigned



    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
    • Bilingualism (French & English) is required
    • A proven track record for managing clients and problem resolution
    • Ability to prioritize and utilize good judgment in problem solving.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Extensive use of Excel in particular
    • An aptitude and desire to continuously learn new products
